Intracoastal Real Estate Academy offers individualized or small group tutoring services to help you pass your real estate exam. Students may choose one or more specific topics, such as real estate math, HUD-1 calculations, agency relationships, contracts, etc. on which to receive additional help.

How to request tutoring services

1. Contact the school at 910-509-7603 to discuss your tutoring needs.
2. After contacting the school, fill out the payment form below to order your tutoring session.
3. Fees will be paid directly to the school. All fees must be paid before the tutoring session begins.

Pricing

Our tutoring fee is $60 per hour and covers up to five students. Intracoastal Real Estate Academy accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal, check, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash.

If more than one student will be tutored in the same session, one student must make the initial payment and then have the other students pay that student. We recommend that you collect money ahead of time from the group and give it to the student who will be responsible for making the payment.

There are no refunds issued for tutoring services rendered. If you need to cancel a tutoring session before your scheduled date, please contact the school. All cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

Tutoring Schedule

Tutoring sessions are limited to Monday through Friday, or on weekends when the academy is open. Sessions must be held at the academy or conducted online via Zoom.

Please note that tutoring sessions cannot count as class attendance or provide credit for missed sessions.
