WHERE TO FIND US

Intracoastal Real Estate Academy is located at Intracoastal Realty's Corporate office in Lumina Station. We have two training rooms where we host all our in-person classes. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our location and parking rules.

Office Hours M – F 9am – 5pm

Directions:

  • From Eastwood Road, turn right into Lumina Station and veer right as it is a one-way parking lot.
  • Stay to your right and follow the road around the side of Lumina Station.
  • Go through the STOP sign and up the small hill.
  • We are the standalone building at the top of the driveway and located on the first floor.

    • Parking:

  • Please park in either the parking lot for Intracoastal Realty Corporation or in the grass lot on Allen’s Lane. See area marked in Green.

    • NOTE: Retail spaces at all Lumina Station facilities are reserved for retail customers. Do not park in front of the stores or you risk being towed.
